Just make sure to keep My Unit paired up for the Veteran bonus and the needed boost to stats. Having the Veteran skill means that s/he will gain experience at an extraordinaire rate, so long as you put forth an effort to feed him/her kills. You absolutely should not ignore My Unit, though. Initially, My Unit will be rather weak and at risk of being oneshotted by many of the enemies on the map. If you place Frederick correctly, he can even create a bottleneck in certain maps that allows the other units to sneak closer without being in danger of being hit. You can use this to your advantage to maintain a "safe" area outside the enemy attack range for weaker and more vulnerable units. Use Frederick as a Shield and a Distractionĭepending on where you place Frederick, enemies will follow him away from other characters. Use this information to choose your weapons wisely - not only on the attack but on the defense. And that should be everything, boot up the game test if it works.You can check any enemy's equipped weapons by scrolling over them with the cursor.After dragging the file into " A0500" folder an option will appear for replacing or skipping, I selected replace the files.I recommend creating a backup folder for the one in file explorer should something go wrong. We are going to drag "Romfs" folder from the zip file into the "A0500" folder from filer explorer.
Left click the luma folder and two similar folders should pop up, we are going to use "A0500" folder, left click again and there should be folder label "romfs".Open up the zip file of the mod and keep clicking until you see 3 different folders (Hans, Luma, Ntr Cfw).DON'T EXIT that folder, that's where the mod will go.Doing so will bring up 3 folders with long random numbers, however we are looking for "A0500" which are the last 5 digits/letters of the folder name.After clicking mod location, file explorer should open up with a single romfs folder, afterwards press "Alt+ Up Arrow".Right click awakening in the directory and several things should pop up as save data etc, click on "mod location".Have awakening in your directory and the zip file of the mod.
